Return Conditions

Sales made through our website are sales subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation and the provisions of this law-regulation apply. Ensuring that the products you return comply with the following conditions will ensure that the transactions are completed quickly:

You must contact us and notify us in line with the contact information on our website regarding the product you are returning.


Products sent without a return notification will be sent back to the customer. Return requests are not accepted in cases where the labels affixed by the importer or manufacturer on the box of the products are torn or the vacuum or gelatin packaging is opened.

The return must be made without opening the original packaging of the purchased product, without removing the labels, without destroying, spoiling, washing and without using the product, by placing it in a separate packaging inside the cargo bag, together with the product invoice and label sent to your e-mail, within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. .

The 1-week take-back period does not apply for requests to return the products after they have been removed from their original packaging and used, and the product is definitely not accepted back.

According to Article 4 of the Law on Consumer Protection, "Goods that are contrary to the qualifications stated in the promotion and user manual or advertisements and announcements, or that contain material, legal or economic deficiencies that reduce the benefits that the consumer expects from them in terms of their intended use, are considered defective goods." "If the customer reports defective goods within 15 days from the delivery date of the goods, he/she has the right to return the product, reduce the price, free replacement or free repair."


To benefit from the above-mentioned rights by reporting Defective Goods; If the features of the product differ from those stated in its promotion or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefit the customer expects from the product, the product is classified as defective goods. The customer must report defective goods within 15 days. In the Defective Goods notification, the importer of the product determines whether there is a usage error or not with a report prepared. If it is determined that the fault of the user, the customer, can not benefit from the law.

Right of withdrawal

According to Article 8 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the customer "has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within seven days from the date of receipt of the product, without assuming any liability and without giving any justification." Accordingly, the customer has the right to return the product without reason within 7 days after receiving it.
